Very good Training Equipment, with a good Quality. Perfekt to Train some drills and use the wooden dummy in a different (not traditionell) way. The spring arms are made in a good Quality and respond in a "spring" way, so if you push the arms you feel the pressure which comes near to a natural arm. Happy to have this tool
